Overview
Our refund and return policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
Several types of goods are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines)
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Hazardous materials
- Flammable liquids or gases
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable or digital software products
- Certain health and personal care items
To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Returns must be authorized by us in advance. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Partial Refunds (If Applicable)
Only partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, including but not limited to:
- Books showing clear signs of use
- Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
- Items returned outside the 7-day return window
The determination of item condition and refund eligibility is at our sole discretion.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of abuse or excessive return activity.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as posting times may vary.
- Contact your bank for further assistance.

Sale Items
Sale or discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@urcrystal.com before returning the item.
Shipping Returns
Return addresses may vary depending on the item and location. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the appropriate return address.
You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Shipping times for exchanges may vary depending on your location.
For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit once the returned item is received.
If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Customs & Duties (International Orders)
We are not responsible for customs delays, import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country.
Orders refused or returned due to customs issues are not eligible for a refund, and any resulting return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
